Please return your goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. If you would like an exchange send back to us within 14 days. Personalised products (shirt printing etc.) cannot be returned.
All orders can via post, just take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to assist you.
– If you’ve paid using a credit/debit card, a refund/exchange will be processed on receipt of the returned items.
Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.

Once your order has been received by us we will process your refund or exchange within a few working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know once it’s complete.
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods until we receive them.
